Beautiful country, farm setting that is a great place to get some rest and relaxation or to spend time with family and friends. There are 4 bedrooms and a day bed that will sleep up to 9 people. There is a large covered, picnic shelter and deck with grill in the back great for cooking out and outdoor family/ friend time. House amenities include fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2.5 baths, and central heat/ air.

The home is a great launch point for day trips to many area attractions, such as Biltmore Estates, Lake James State Park, Linville Caverns, Crabtree Falls, Tom's Creek Falls, Mount Mitchell, Chimney Rock, and Lake Lure. Situated less than 7 miles to downtown Marion, 3 miles from Interstate 40, 16 miles to Black Mountain and 30 miles to Asheville area.
