[Accommodation Notice] All tenant information must be registered at the time of check-in, and the room lease must be signed. Electricity, gas, water, and management fees are extra charges, and a deposit payment (cash or credit card) is required on the day of check-in. The actual usage of degrees will be used as the charge when checking out. When necessary, please turn off all electronic products, including air conditioners and lamps, to save energy. If the electricity quota is exceeded, an additional electricity fee will be charged (according to the Taiwan Power Company as the charging standard), and guests are required to pay upon check-out.
