Disliked: Cleanliness
Small, good area, cheap, old & a bit smelly
Upon arrival there is street parking, often close to the door. Lockbox provides a key to the building. Electronic lock on unit door. The building entrance was small, hard to get in with 2 people and luggage, horrible smell(wet dog & marijuana), extremely heavy loud front door. Unit itself is not very soundproof, upstairs neighbours had a dog, and barked at all times. Once into the unit it appears exactly like pictures + a lot of cobwebs in the upper and lower corners. Small basement style unit. All furnished by IKEA. Kitchen provided most thing’s required, although more cutlery, dishes & cooking utensils would be nice. Bathroom was somewhat updated, older looking shower and no cover on the exhaust fan(VERY DUSTY), very limited toilet paper provided. Towels were new and felt like good quality. Bed was extremely hard, but the comforter and pillows were thick and luxurious feeling. No AC, and very limited airflow. Everything felt damp. A fan is provided though. Smart Roku TV was a perk! Couch pulls out into a double bed, but not overly comfortable either way.

Great location, small basement style apartment
Pros: The bed was comfortable, kitchen was mostly stocked with what we needed for appliances and tools, check-in and out was easy, and smart tv was a bonus. Great location. Cons: As a function of the building structure, there is little fresh air that moves through the apartment making the place feel damp and dark. Tons of fruit flies. Bathroom was clean but old - no cover on bathroom fan. The building itself was not clean and had a bad odour.
