The apartment was very nice and Guiliana was very accommodating and helpful in terms of navigating the city. She gave her personal insight and made me feel excited and safe to stay in her listing.
Amazing apartment in an ideal location, with a wonderful host! The apartment was smartly laid out and equipped with everything we needed! The host was communicative, helpful, and very friendy - we had a few urgent (and very unique) requests we asked for her help with and she went above and beyond, solving every problem and never made us feel bad for asking (no problems with the apartment at all, just personal matters that came up). Everything worked well and the beds were all comfortable. The location was great and we found an amazing restaurant nearby that was our staple for the whole week! We could walk virtually anywhere in Milan with ease and comfort, food and supplies were plentiful and perfect, and the building was very cute and easy. One of the people in our group is in a wheelchair and has zero mobility in his legs, and he had no trouble with the building or the apartment at all (though, his wheelchair is pretty small [53cm wide] and a larger one would have difficulty accessing the bathroom - fyi). I honestly cannot say enough nice things about the apartment (or the host!) - it was the perfect place to stay and if (when!) we head back to Milan we will definitely stay there again!
We came for a trade show. The approximation to Brera and Porta Garibaldi was a key search for us.
Living room with open kitchen and dining table. Good clean bathroom. Small Bedroom with two futons and one more futon in living - total making 3. Easy can accommodate 3 people sleeping spaciously. Bedding was good even for a picky traveler. The bedroom window goes to a very busy Main Street in China town. I used ear plugs so for me this was not a problem. Also do not turn on MW and electric kettle at the same time because the European breakers are very sensitive. The building has an elevator which is a huge thing for travelers in Italy. Giuliana is a wonderful host, accurate and responsive. I hope to be able to stay there again next year.
