Quite residential 1,500 sq ft apartment located off 11E. WIFI, 65in TV in living room, three bedrooms, two full bathroom. Stocked kitchen, and laundry room. Linens, towels, and soup. Close by are : Twin Creeks Golf Course, Pioneer Mini Golf, David Crockett Birthplace State Park, Tusculum, Niswonger Performing Arts Center in Greeneville, 20 minute drive up to Jonesborough and Johnson City. Short Family get away

We were only at the property for sleep and showering - the property was in a quiet area although there were other properties connected to this property- we didn’t hear any of the other properties around us - property was clean and had a washer dryer with laundry soap provided along a some toiletries - we had an issue w the toilet and the maintenance man was there in 5 minutes- Would stay again

Checking out the area

The accommodations were as described/pictured in listing. We stayed for a week (checking out the area for future move) and didn’t have any issues. Whenever I had a question, the property manager was quick to reply.

Very spacious place with lots of room

Really easy to find and get into. Big rooms and livingroom, dining room and kitchen. We spent time with family playing games and visiting. Clothes drier vent hose came off or was off when we used and filled the house with steam/smoke. Owner's son came quickly but we had fixed it already. Still dryer runs super hot and lint trap is damaged. We cooked several meals. There are plenty of plates & silverware but only 2 frying pans, a small pot and baking tray. Could use a large pot(s) and a few spices, and condiments, some aluminum foil would have been nice. We had to buy some dishwasher tabs to use. A rug or mat by the door would be nice to set shoes on. Just a few things would make this rental exceptional. It was a great value and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Pleasing

No access to sidewalk. Vehicle always parked in front of sidewalk. My dad uses walker and wheelchair. Always had to pull on grass to get dad in and out of vehicle. Thermostat controlled by owner. Bed in bedroom with bathroom had no slats under mattress and would fall off frame, mattress or box springs cracked.
