Boat rental available at the marina just 2 minutes away. This condo is located on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the lake. All new stainless appliances with a washer and dryer conveniently located inside the condo. Boat or jet ski tie ups located right outside of the condo. Walking trail off of parking lot goes directly to the Raquet club/fitness center. Off leash dog parks and playground area located across the street.

Nice stay

This was a great stay for my wife and I. It was nice to see the water out back. It was close to everything we needed to get to. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for us for a weekend trip.

Lake Conroe condo

We thought the owners were very thoughtful and provided a nice welcoming tray of drinks and snacks. Condo was nicely decorated and well equipped. A few plumbing updates are needed but probably next on owners list. We would definitely recommend staying here when traveling in this area.

Cute place!

Great little apartment. Relaxing views of the water. Nice pool and restaurant close. Nice playground across the street for kids! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay! Hosts were very quick and responsive to any questions we had!
