Soak in the sunset sitting on the second-floor balcony of this lake-view property! The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is in the gated April Sound community close to many local attractions. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a smart TV and is located downstairs to be able to relax after a day on the water. The loft bedroom upstairs is spacious with three beds, a smart TV with cable provided, and a bathroom with a stand-up shower. The perfect area for the kids or another couple! The kitchen is fully equipped to be able to make meals during your stay all while enjoying the water view.

You can also walk out the back of the condo to enjoy the swimming access in Lake Conroe which is located just across the street. There is also a swimming pool within walking distance of the condo you will get access to. The location of April Sound is just minutes away from dining, shopping, public boat ramps & rentals which makes it the ideal location to enjoy all the activities the Lake Conroe area has to offer!

Peaceful and Bright

This was a beautiful condo on the lake, with a gorgeous view. My 10-year-old enjoyed the games and puzzle that was in the living area, and loved his own space upstairs, and especially going upstairs with the spiral staircase. I love light, and all the windows made this condo amazingly bright. It was easy to communicate with the condo manager by text message, which is not always the case that places like these. Highly recommend!

Perfect Condo on the Lake

Great place to stay. Was in town for a week visiting my daughter. The condo was very comfortable and just what I needed to spend time with her. Very quite area and right on the lake was amazing to wake up at easy morning. The pictures exactly represent this condo. I will be back!
