Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
No need to strip beds. We do this as part of our pre-inspection. We only ask to hang wet towels.
Please make sure hot tub is covered and secured.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Seven springs and Southwind community quiet hours start at 11 PM and run till 7 AM.
All pets must be on a leash when walking in the community. All pet waste must be picked up.

Recommend this property for families. We had 6 adults, 2 teens and a toddler. Owner has baby gates available which was so helpful. Great kitchen for cooking.(well stocked with supplies) Loved the hot tub. Very clean and a sort easy walk to outdoor pool. Owner was helpful with recommendations.

We were four couples attending a wedding weekend at Seven Springs, and this property, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, was just perfect! The entire place was spotless and communication with the owner was extremely responsive. Unfortunately, the rainy and cold weather kept us from using some of the amenities like the community pool and the hot tub, but that did not diminish our enjoyment. I would highly recommend this place for a summer getaway.

Southwinds is definitely the place to stay for a ski trip to Seven Springs! The home was exactly as described and plenty of room for our big group. Great communication from the host the entire time. And the ski in-ski out is absolutely the best!

Great location on the slopes. The house was just as advertised. Loved the large ski trail map framed on wall, the grandsons loved looking at what slopes they did and what slopes they wanted to do. Whenever I had a question, the host got back to me immediately. Had a blast. The kids did not want to leave!!

We loved everything about our stay! The house was warm and welcoming with rustic and modern decor, comfortably fit our family, very clean and everything we needed! We stayed the weekend during AutumnFest at Seven Springs. The property was lovely, shuttle service to the festival was incredible. We hiked each morning and walked around Lake Tahoe. Excellent location!!!!!Property owner was great to deal and very responsive. Loved the hot tub and ease of walk out deck. Pet friendly and one of the best family weekends we have had in years.

Host was super helpful and quick to respond when we needed help with the fireplace. Slopeside is great BUT we were there when that slope was not open BUT it was an easy walk to a slope that was. We really enjoyed the little Christmas tree and it being lite.

I live and raise my family on this mountain—it’s truly our favorite place in Pennsylvania. I’m a serial entrepreneur and a father, and this business gives me the flexibility to almost never miss a kids’ event while still being available whenever a guest needs something.

Why they chose this property

I started this business after moving here. We just couldn’t part with our vacation condo—it held too many special memories and was in the location we knew we wanted to settle in after raising our kids. Around the same time, Airbnb was starting to take off as a real business opportunity.

With my background as a contractor and as a local resident, I knew I could offer guests superior properties and a better overall experience. In life, when something is working, I’ve always believed in leaning in and making the most of it. That’s why it made sense to acquire more high-quality properties and grow from there.
