Why they chose this property

Right in front of one of the balconies you will see El Tesoro Mall (the condo has a door to go out directly to the street closest to the mall) it is only a 5 minute walk. From the other balcony you can see Amsterdam Plaza Mall which is about a 7 minute walk and the condo is also right next to Mall del Este.
