I did not enjoy my stay! There was no tissue in my unit so I had to limit how many times I used the restroom. Unacceptable! Also, I was told that the HID pass would be in my unit which would give me access to free parking. There was no pass in my room. Not to mention the representative that I was speaking with kept asking me did I look every where for the pass but then would say it’s a known issue that the pass is missing. The previous person took the pass! I was then told that I would be reimbursed in full for parking via Zelle. I was not reimbursed at all! The representative advised me that Expedia didn’t charge me the cleaning fee. So parking would be an out of pocket expense.
