The perfect Beach House for family and friends - ideal for anyone looking for peace and tranquility. Perfect set in a large piece of land with many olive and fig trees. You can look at the sea from your bed. The house is well equipped with all mod cons. There are no direct neighbours.

Villa Svolis was built as a place for the Svolis Family to retreat from their busy lives in London. It now belongs to the myself, Peter Svolis, and my brother Nicholas. I am a film director and live in Germany. Nicholas is a captain on luxury yachts and lives in the US. We both feel a strong connection to both Greece and especially Karystos, where we have many friends and where we spent nearly every summer holiday.
Why they chose this property
Our father wanted to find a place that is beautiful, where the water is clean, and where tourism has not taken over the island.
What makes this property unique
This place is perfect for anyone who really wants to be close to the sea. The location is fantastic - a short walk to the beach. And from the upstairs balconies, the view of the sunset is beautiful. There is also a small bench set on our land just above the water that is great for the cool evening air.
