Cute 2-bedroom lakefront cottage with an additional converted boathouse at the water's edge with 84 feet of lake frontage - perfect for viewing Keuka's famous sunsets across the lake and taking in the relaxing lakeside lifestyle.
There are approximately 20 steps down to the cottage from the car parking area but once there, the property is just 2 to 3 feet above the water's edge. Two comfortable Adirondack chairs await you on the porch before entering the cottage. From here you can sit, relax and watch the boats going past, or your children swimming off the dock and float in front (dock & float in lake between May 15th and October 15th). There is also a picnic table with umbrella and charcoal grill located between the cottage and the boathouse. The gravel beach in front of the boathouse has a fire pit and allows guests to wade slowly into the water. There are additional plastic adirondack chairs on the beach as well for relaxing. Kindly note that this is a seasonal cottage - there is a space heater if needed for extra warmth.
The cottage has tile floors throughout, a bathroom with stand-up shower and kitchen with full size range, oven & dishwasher. There is sofa seating and a dining table in the living area with a huge picture window overlooking the water. The cottage has two bedrooms - a queen-sized bed in one room and two twin extra-long beds (built-in bunks) in the other. There is also a converted boathouse overlooking the water that is a great place to hang out and have some extra covered space. The boathouse has a sofa bed, large TV and games, and a window AC unit (however, it has no heat and there is no separate bathroom in this structure).
Please note: The cottage is SMALL (approx 530 sqft) and should be limited to 4 adults/children unless the boathouse is being used with the information noted above. Linens and towels are provided, but we suggest bringing extra beach towels for outdoor activities.
Late Spring and early Fall are more peaceful and tranquil and a great time for wine touring, visiting local museums, boating, fishing, and more.
This Keuka Lake cottage provides complimentary wifi Internet access. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and all cookware/dishes/utensils.

We are repeat guests for a reason! Perfect property for my husband, me and our dog! The dock and chairs are perfect. You cannot beat the view..sunsets or watching stars!
The house was clean and had all the necessary amenities. My husband and I enjoyed fishing off the dock and enjoyed use of the complimentary kayaks as well as the inflatable tubes. Our dogs enjoyed the stay and was nice that they could easily walk in the water. Definitely plan on staying here again.
Great location on the lake with a great view looking south. Close to the Olney Place, the Switz and PennYan, the location is very convenient. For a small house, the property packs a lot of punch and is great for a small family or couple.
Everything as stated, clen and nice. Would only hope for screen doors for both as nice to leave doors open but it invites bugs. Would definitely stay again.
The property was wonderful, I did have a hard time with Stairs that is my fault due to stroke but I made it. Our old dog swam first time in 11 yrs. Thank you, hope to be back.
My husband, daugher and I stayed here for a week while our son was at Camp Cory. It was perfect for us- wifi was great for remote work and the location was incredible. The space is small - as advertised - but we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every meal. The lakefront is amazing and this alone would have made it worth it. Great for kids and adults. The view is incredible. We would definitely stay here again. Jessica was responsive to a few needs that came up as well. The small details in the cottage made it feel very welcoming and comfortable. They've thought of everything!
This property although small had a lot to offer for my family of four! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The outside boathouse was perfect for my teen son to sleep. The beds inside were very comfortable! I’ve rented many cottages on Keuka and the water front swim area at this location was one of the best! The paddle board and kayaks were a great addition and allowed us to get out on the water! The fishing off the end of the dock was incredible, we caught several very big bass. The location of this cottage is perfect with a very short drive to both Hammondsport and Penn Yan. Would definitely rent again!
2nd time here..1st with this host. Cabin is cozy but that is fine for my husband, dog and I. Its right on the lake which is ideal. The living room window is large and sitting on couch you feel like you are on a boat. Clean when arrived. Love the space outdoors. The porch is perfect to sit and relax and there is the little beach to swim or make a firepit. Great views! Met one of owners and they are nice as can be. Excited for there plans for the cabin.
My husband and I had such a delightful vacation at this perfect location on Keuka Lake’s East Lake Road. Once you climb down the steps to the cottage, it’s just you and the lake. We woke up to the sound of waves lapping at the shore and we fell asleep to those same soothing sounds. It was so relaxing and the cottage was the perfect size for the two of us. We had the pleasure of meeting the new owners and enjoyed sharing an evening around a campfire at the water’s edge. We look forward to seeing the changes they will be making when they get the opportunity to add their own personal touches to this property.
We just finished a wonderful week’s stay at this Keuka Lake property. It was the perfect size for my husband, our adult daughter, and me. The location is literally right on the lake and provides the opportunity to enjoy the water and the amazing view every day, just steps from the cottage.
The cottage is well-appointed with everything you could need for your stay. It’s super comfortable and spotless. Having the boathouse for additional space was absolutely a plus!
The property is about 15-20 minutes from all necessity shopping, so quick runs to the supermarket were easy, and water sports rental facilities for boating, jet skiing, etc are convenient as well.
This was our third time in the Finger Lakes, and this property was, by far, our favorite, and we would definitely highly recommend!!
This is a clean / well appointed little cottage on the lake with a nice grass area in front and a little boat house to watch movies in. Super convenient for our dog and the most beautiful dock to lounge on and enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. It feels very private! The stairs are steep but easy to navigate (pack light) / the bathroom is very tight - just enough room to sit but everything else wonderful - beds extremely comfortable mattresses / extra blankets / we had a space heater to use - living room has a beautiful uninterrupted view. Parking easy. Super close to wineries and distilleries (2-5 mins and you will hit several) | we went to Weis which has a nice tasting and got food (the best quiche) from Tabora Farms (one of our favs and not that far) | great place to unwind With 2-4 people
Review
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming Keuka Lake-side rental. It has all the charm of an Upstate New York lake cottage (“camp”) with tasteful decorations and smartly-designed uses of space. The water view from the living room sofa is as close as you can get to the lake without actually being in it! We enjoyed walking on quiet E. Lake Rd.; swimming from the shore; cooking meals in the well-furnished kitchen; viewing sunsets from the brand-new dock; sleeping on the comfortable bed. The owners generously included use of kayaks and a paddle board. Tom and Jess are wonderful hosts who provided easy communication and helpful support during our move-in process. This is a great place to enjoy a memorable Finger-Lakes experience!
Cute, Well Equipped Cottage on Lake with Great Views
Property is as described and if it were any closer to the water you would be wet. We could hear the waves against the shore and seawall even when inside with the windows closed.
The cottage, while small (as noted) is comfortable and well equipped for a couple or small family. Even with the added room of the boathouse, the single bathroom would be challenging for larger groups.
The owners and property manager were very communicative, easy to work with, and responsive to our requests.
The photo with the deck chairs on the pier epitomizes this cottage. We spent a lot of our time on those chairs just watching the activity on the lake and enjoying the views and sunsets.
Nothing fancy, but a cute, well-equipped cottage on the lake with great views.
We were fortunate enough to secure this lovely Keuka Lake cottage for Father’s Day weekend. Despite missing 2 of our college age children, my husband, our son and dogs spent the weekend at “ Koby Keuka Cottage”. We couldn’t have had a better 48 hours. The cottage is clean, simple and a PERFECT location— lakeside! Access to a brand new dock and kayaks and paddleboards( though we didn’t water sport as golfing and wine tasting were our choices THIS time) we loved soaking in the lake. Morning coffee on the porch, reading on the dock and 2 water dogs enjoying the easy access to swimming.
The cottage itself was clean, very tastefully decorated and had u to date amenities. The place also had an adjacent building we are able to catch up on our latest Netflix binge-worthy series!
We have rented many, many, many places over the years with family vacations and this place is Definitely in the top tier!
And did I say the owners are lovely and easy to work with?
Love this house! We are return renters and the changes the new owners, Tom and Jess, made are great. The new dock with the lounge chairs is worth getting this house. I read in the sunshine during day then switched to the beach to wade and swim. Then we watched the sunset and gazed at the stars every night from the dock. Views are phenomenal from this house! We were going to use the kayaks but never did but they are there. Kitchen has what you need to barbecue and cook. House clean, beds comfortable. Bunk house great extra space. Great spot on the little beach for fire pit too. Close to Penn Yann for shopping and wineries! It is spacious outdoors but indoors is cozy. For my husband, and dog it is perfect.
usperfect size. We will return, it is place.
My family of 4, including two pre-teens, had a wonderful stay at Jess & Tom's place over Memorial Day weekend. The house is small but it is clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the most of the space -- bunk beds with built-in shelves, nice shelving and hooks in the bathroom, storage space under benches in the living room, and my kids' favorite, the boat house with TV and games. Lots of natural light makes the space feel bigger. The beds were comfortable. The best part of the house is the outdoors, though. My kids had a great time running up and down the dock and over the strip of lawn that separates the house from the water. We didn't get to use the fire pit due to wet conditions, but the weather cleared up for long enough for us to use the charcoal grill, complete with charcoal, lighter fluid, and utensils. Our hosts were very gracious and left lights on for us to accommodate our late night arrival. We look forward to a return trip soon!
