We had a wonderful stay from August 3rd–9th. This was actually our second year at this property, and it did not disappoint. The house was very clean and comfortable, and a great location on the water. We especially enjoyed swimming off the dock and relaxing in the covered area by the water.Derrick was clear, quick, and helpful throughout the stay. Even though the weather was a little cooler and rainier than expected, we still had a fantastic time.Overall, this is a great spot for a relaxing getaway, and we’re already planning to return again next year. Highly recommend!

Perfect Lakefront Getaway for the Whole Family (Including Dogs!)

We had an amazing stay at this Lake Norman property! The house was in a perfect location on the lake, offering stunning views from the back deck that we enjoyed every day. The spacious dock with a covered seating area was a highlight—we spent a lot of time relaxing there, and our dogs loved swimming off the dock and the beach area on the property. It was such a joy to watch them have fun, and we enjoyed swimming as well. The whole experience was peaceful and rejuvenating. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Lake Norman!

What makes this property unique

We have a private beach area that is not often found on the lake. We also built a new dock in 2023 that has a great area to relax in the shade/sun, go for a swim, or dock your boats. One major bonus is a concrete ramp to load/unload your boat or watercraft, all without leaving the property.
