Guests may utilize the whole home. The only space off limits is the locked owner’s closet. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

House is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood in the mountains! Taking a stroll in the mornings is peaceful; homes are not on top of each other.

Keyed entry is under the covered porch in the front of the home. Coded for lockbox will be issued 7 days prior to your arrival.

We are dog/pet friendly with a $25 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions.

All guests must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and credit card to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt**
Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

We are available for guest needs. For urgent maintenance, we will have someone come and take care of it as soon as possible. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.

Rental agreement, hold harmless, & liability waiver are signed at the time of booking & are considered agreed upon by all parties.

Hot tub may need to be serviced during your stay. Please do not be alarmed if they come by to service. We will always to give a heads up, but do not always have days/times.
