To ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we have provided important information and guidelines in this house manual. Please take a few moments to read through it.

// AMENITIES AND FEATURES //
For a smoother start, we have QR codes around the cabin for short how-to-operate videos right from your phone.

- Families with small children: we have high chair and Pack n play in the utility room. We also have children plates, cups and utensils in the kitchen.

- Coffee lovers: We have both drip and Nespresso (original/small capsules) machines in the kitchen. Please bring your favorite coffee to enjoy it.

- The outdoor BBQ and fire pit with a sitting area is perfect for gathering and relaxing. Please exercise caution and follow local fire safety regulations (especially fire ban) for Ronald at www.co.kittitas.wa.us/cds/firemarshal/burn-ban.aspx.

- Beach access: Private community beach access to Lake Cle Elum is available for your enjoyment within 5 minute's walk.

- - Important note! please respect our peaceful neighborhood and especially the beach, drive responsibly, and keep it clean and quiet for everyone to enjoy.

- Game room: Located in the large storage shed, features Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Foosball, and mini pool games. Enjoy some friendly competition!

- - The kayak in the game room is available for you to enjoy. Please take necessary safety precautions and use the provided life vests.

- The kitchen is stocked with cooking oil, a variety of spices, and utensils for your convenience. We also provide cups, plates, and bowls for younger guests.
Iron & ironing board can be found in the utility room.

- Dog-friendly environment:

- - Dog food and water bowls are located in the utility room. Please also make use of the dedicated microfiber pet towels for dirty paws.

- - Guests must pick up the dog waste and dispose of it in a securely tied bag.

- - Dogs are not permitted to lay on furniture or bedding.

- - The guests must secure dogs in a crate/kennel provided by them if left unattended.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property premises.

- Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Our neighbors will appreciate it too!

- The speed limit inside the community is 10 MPH. Please respect it and drive carefully.

- Parties and events are strictly not permitted.

- Please treat our cabin and belongings with care. Any damaged or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.

- Kindly keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
