The place was clean! Communication was excellent. We received several texts checking see if we needed something. We liked the large double sink master bathroom. The extra bathroom was a bonus. Very Nice!

Disappointing

First the positives: Great location in Stonebridge with lots of parking right by the entrance to the unit. The condo is the perfect size for a couple or small family. Negatives: The check in process was not good at all. I received a text at 3p stating the unit was ready and to start making our way to the unit after we call to check in. I call to check in and I’m told we can’t check you in until 4, which is the listed check in time and what we expected. I’m told to call back at 4 and given our door access code and told our unit was ready. We go to the unit at 4:05p and walk in the door and the place is a mess and the cleaning crew is in the process of stripping the sheets from the previous people. I’m told they will be done soon so we wait in our car. Finally have access at 4:30, and it feels like they did a rush job. The bed comforter is shoved in the closet and not on the bed, very few towels available, only one small bar of hand soap in one of the bathrooms. I messaged the host about the towels and didn’t get a reply until 11pm. Due to no response earlier we went to Walmart and bought a couple hand towels and wash clothes for our use, along with hand soap. The whole place needs a deep clean and all the light fixtures have dead bugs stuck and stained carpet in the bedroom. The bathroom tile has imbedded dirt and needs mopped. Overall just really disappointed in this rental and would not recommend without some changes made.
