A fantastic find for golf buddies or families alike. This newly renovated three bedroom, three bathroom end-unit condo is located just off the 17th tee of the True Blue golf course and less than three miles from the beach. The community offers a hot tub, 8 pools, 4 tennis courts, and a cafe. A quick 5 minute drive gets you to nearby shops, art galleries, restaurants, and historic sites. Prefer to eat in? The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a home-cooked meal.
Located between two renowned golf courses, True Blue and Caledonia, this open floor plan condo has views of the ponds, True Blue golf course, and lush landscape. A private staircase leads up to this second-floor end unit offering plenty of sunlight. Start and finish your day relaxing on the fully furnished screened in porch with your drink of choice in hand.
The living room and bedrooms have a smart TV with WIFI access throughout the condo. There's a washer and dryer in unit, towels and linens for your stay, and a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee and pancake starter station for your arrival. Central A/C and Heating makes sure you're comfortable throughout your stay.
Right outside the Condo you'll find a park-style charcoal grill ready for your BBQing needs.
