Maravilhosa!

Casa excelente, em ótimo estado de conservação. O Saulo, que fica responsável pela casa, foi super atencioso na solução de nossas demandas. No checkout ele observou que o consumo de água havia sido excessivo, confirmou isso na fatura, e fez um arbitramento do consumo médio para que não saíssemos no prejuízo por eventual vazamento. Dos itens mencionados na descrição, a casa so não tem máquina de gelo. Do mais, possui tudo para uma estadia super agradável. Eu e minha família amamos! Sugeriria apenas a construção de um banheiro/lavabo na área externa.

Excelente opção para férias em família

A casa é excelente. Espaçosa, arejada, confortável, fácil de manter limpa. Anfitrião disponível para solução dos problemas durante toda a estadia. É necessário fazer ajuste no anúncio, houveram itens anunciados que não estavam disponíveis. Além disso, foi cobrada taxa de limpeza que não estava no anúncio.

Estadia maravilhosa!!!

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa! Desde o primeiro contato, fomos sempre prontamente atendidos. Leonardo, Flavia e Saulo, pessoas com quem conversei, foram muito prestativos. Saulo então, nem se fala, nos deu muitas dicas sobre Arraial e sempre respondia rapidamente às mensagens enviadas. A casa é muito boa, exatamente como mostram as fotos. Localizada numa rua super tranquila, podíamos curtir Arraial e região durante todo o dia e ter uma noite de sono tranquila durante a noite. As crianças amaram a piscina!!! Voltaremos com certeza!

Ótima casa em bairro próximo ao centro

A estrutura da casa é muito boa. São 4 quartos, sendo 1 suíte. Espaçosa, ótima área de lazer, com churrasqueira e piscina integradas. A casa havia passado por uma grande reforma na semana em que chegamos, por isso a limpeza deixou a desejar um pouco. Os administradores foram solicitos e na medida do possível atendiam com rapidez . A casa é em bairro residencial, próxima ao centro mas distante das praias. No geral, uma boa opção para hospedagem!
