Welcome to our newly constructed home in Claremont! Please enjoy a stylish experience that is centrally-located.

Nicely situated, our house is a few minutes driving distance to the Webb School, all the universities in Claremont, nearby groceries, and right off the freeway.

You have really friendly neighbors! If you say hello to them, they will say hello back. The super tall guy is very cool, he likes to keep the place safe and fun.

There is also ample parking, please use the 2 car space on the driveway, and the other on the street closest to the house, extra cars on dirt lot on the property's front side yard.

Christmas in Claremont

Our experience staying at this house was beyond expectation. The house is located at the end of a quiet dead end street. Only three houses on the street. The entrance is well lit. I arrived after dark and was happy that the exterior entrance light operated via motion detector. The main floor is large, open and bright. Huge island that seats 4 and a table that seats 6. I drove from the Midwest with a car full of presents. The big surprise is that Sam had a Christmas Tree with lights and ornaments!!! So thoughtful. The bedrooms were all comfortable! I am a pillow freak - and the pillows were , very comfortable. We loved the area. Drove up to Mount Baldy and did a little hike. Also hiked at The Claremont Wilderness Trail. Spent a day in Los Angeles. Griffith Park, Mulholland Drive, Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive and Santa Monica Beach. Had a wonderful visit and a very Merry Christmas!!!

Perfect for our two families

We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed house. The bathrooms and bedrooms are lovely and well supplied with necessities. The kitchen is elegant with mammoth counter space! While located near the interstate, the house is well insulated and you quickly get used to the traffic as "white noise". We are two grandparents, 2 parents, and two teens. Plenty of room for all!
