This Guest House Is Located In A Private Setting. It Is A Totally Separate Upstairs Cottage With Private Living Room, Private Bedroom, Private Bathroom And Has Its Own Washer & Dryer. It Is Clean And Nicely Decorated And You Will Have Your Own Private Unit & Private Entry Without Having To Meet The Owners (Unless Of Course You Would Like To Meet Us). We Love Hosting And It Shows! You Will Feel Welcome From The Moment You Walk In The Door. We Provide Plenty Of Snacks, Amenities And Do Everything We Can To Add To Your Comfort. We Get Repeat Guests All The Time So This Assures Us We Are Doing Something Right!

It Has Beautiful Mountain Views, It's Clean And Nicely Decorated. Very Spacious. Just 5 Miles To The Claremont Colleges Which Is The Majority Of Our Guests. We Love To Host College Families! We Are Located At The Foothills So There Is Tons Of Great Hiking Trails In The Area. We Are 37 Miles Away From Disneyland, 10 Miles To Ontario International Airport, 55 Miles To LAX Airport, 42 Miles To Downtown LA, 8 Miles To Mt. Baldy, 61 Miles To Big Bear Lake, 50 Miles To The Newport Beach. This home is located at the foothills in the San Antonio Heights area of Upland. There is a park just down the street. It is an eclectic neighborhood with some large homes and many small quaint properties. It has a rural feel to it. Wildlife can be prevalent around the area. We have personally seen; rabbits, squirrels, coyotes, raccoons, skunks, hawks, owls, bobcats, mountain lions, etc.

A Perfect Stay

Friends reunion

What a lovely home to stay in, we were welcomed with snacks, wine and even yogurt for breakfast and ice cream for dessert! Very well stocked and lovely decorated! We will be there again!

This is a Charmer

the best little cottage in all of Upland. The hosts are amazing, the property is very clean, well appointed, and has everything you need. The views are amazing and it’s close to everything. We will hopefully will be able to make this our home away from home when visiting family.

Cozy Upland Apartment

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. Cheryl was great at answering our questions promptly. The amenities were just as they were pictured and exceeded our expectations. Beverages and snacks were provided to us along with comfortable bedding which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you for hosting us! We definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Upland/Claremont area.

Feels like home

Perfect location with views of mountains and neighborhoods to walk in or park nearby. Hosts were beyond amazing with welcoming snacks and all the necessities and beyond that you could ever desire or need. Very, very welcoming. Be aware this is an upstairs unit if this would be a consideration. Hope we can stay here again.

Nice place, good neighborhood, great hospitality!

This is a charming little place in the foothills of Upland, CA. It's very well maintained and everything works. I've never experienced such hospitality from a host. They had snacks, coffee and other drinks stocked and free of charge. Check in and check out are easy and seamless. Thanks for a great stay!

The Perfect Getaway

First I would like to say that our stay was so amazing. My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at a hotel closer to LA but decided to stay in this jewel due to being close to a conference location. We are so glad we decided to stay in this tucked away beauty. The property owners were so nice and helpful. Their hospitality exceeded our expectations. We were asked to help ourselves to snacks, drinks and plenty of items everyone has in their pantry. This experience felt more like home. We are planning our next trip and this place is on the top of our list. If you want to stay in a place that feels like home with a west coast southern Cali hospitality, choose this location. You will not regret it.

They've thought of everything!

We had such a perfect stay! We were in town for my son's graduation from Pitzer, which is just a 10-min drive away. The unit is spacious and incredibly well-appointed. Cheryl has stocked it WAY above and beyond any host I've experienced - wine, snacks, cookies, almond milk, soda, teas galore, extra toiletries (toothbrushes, shaving cream, etc.), Tide sticks, ironing board and iron, full-sized shampoo/conditioner, etc. I mean she's thought of everything - so thoughtful and generous. It's located on a quiet street above Cheryl and her husband's home. The bedroom is quite large with a king sized bed and there's a pullout couch in the living room. It has a full-sized washer and dryer and the best water pressure. Cheryl was a wonderful communicator - prompt and friendly. We would definitely stay here again - highly recommend.

Wonderful peaceful location

My daughter and I stayed for a full week. The location was perfect for a soccer tournament she was playing in. The house was so clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. The host added so many extra accommodations it made us feel at home. I was definitely stay there again.

Visit to the Claremont Colleges

A lovely upstairs apartment in the quiet foothills of Mt. Baldy where hosts have gone 100% out of their way to provide for a very clean, stylishly decorated spot that is full-of-every-amenity-you-can-think-of! Perfect for a 2-day visit with my daughter! Hosts were super responsive, accommadating, and generous. I will definitely stay here again and am so happy I found this spot!
