**Bunk house is available after April 1st. Five Bedrooms, two full bathrooms, pool, covered patio, bbq and fire pit, what els could you ask for.
The main house
Three beautiful bedrooms including a fireplace in the master (king, twin, queen,. The home has a washer and dryer, full kitchen, dining and a living room with a tv complete with streaming and wifi.

The Bunk house offers 2 sleeping areas , two sets king size bunk beds and one queen bed in the loft (5 beds total) This space offers a large living area, smart tv, streaming, and wifi.

There is a fire pit and seating along with a few fun activities for the kids and a place to pitch a tent in the back yard.
Just one block from the charming downtown West Branch, grab a bite to eat , catch a movie, or do some shopping at one of the local boutiques. There is no shortage of great golf courses, lakes, rivers, or parks .(Irons park for the family , St. Hellen’s for ORV rental, Houghton lake for boat rentals and plenty of Rivers for tubing)

If you are looking for a great place to relax or gather with friends or family, this is it. Play some golf, do some shopping, rent an ORV and hit the trails or just make a pit stop down town West Branch has something for everyone.

Everything You Need For A Great Price

Comfortable beds, everything you need for kitchen and bath, close to everything. We stayed in the winter so couldn't enjoy the other half of the listing, so looking forward to that later this year. Great stay in West Branch. Will stay again.

Great Home

Can’t speak highly enough about this property. We had a multigenerational family here for a local family reunion. Great space and layout that everybody enjoyed! We look forward in returning!

Family Wedding

Ben was very communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process. He made sure that we had all of the the things necessary to help make my toddler and infant as comfortable as possible (including leaving out an extra pack-n-play, toys, fans, etc.). Having the two separate buildings was very useful to superset the kids with different schedules and keeping the crying infant from waking up the rest of the family. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

The property was perfect for a weekend getaway! Walking distance to downtown, as well as a few beautiful parks. The pool was awesome and the bomb-fire pit at night made for some extra fun! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an easy stay with family or friends.

Relaxing weekend

Never been to West Branch, this was the perfect way to enjoy it. Hung out by the pool first day and was able to quickly walk downtown for dinner at the brewery and caught a movie at the old school theater across the street. Next day we walked around the downtown, went to a few nice antique stores and saw that a pretty big art fair was going on in a park down the street. They had a ton of vendors selling local stuff. Came back in time to sit by the pool and order a pizza. Overall great experience and value.
