You’ll love this property because it sits in Orlando's prime tourist location; yet away from traffic, because it’s on a cul-de-sac. This apartment is near countless dining experience, entertainment, family fun, night life, and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids.

Perfect for my wife and me. We were there for UDA College Dance championships. Super close and convenient to ESPN. Plenty of food options nearby. Facilities are good for the price point. Only issue is a heard of elephants lives above the unit.

Great experience! Everything was clean and neat! The location was great too. The area was quiet. I reached out about the above neighbors being loud and it was handled by the next day and I slept great! Would book again.

Your curtain rod in bathroom needs to be replaced or redone. Flooring is in need of repairs in living room and bathroom. Beds were a little short.

We ran into an issue with sugar ants but the host rectified the situation immediately. Upstairs neighbors are very noisy (walking around & moving furniture all hours of the night - which I understand the host has no control over but it is worth mentioning). Bathroom trim work needs replaced, but other than that, the space was good for what we needed it for & priced just right.

Nice little one bedroom

Property is great for the price. Clean and simple. Unit is on ground level. Good supply of basic toiletries, towels, washcloth etc for two people. Electric Cook top, microwave, kitchen sink, fridge. Air conditioning worked well. Beds in bedroom were comfy for us. Didn't use the sleeper bed in living room, so no reviews for that. Plenty of outlets. TV in living room and bedroom. Ceiling fan in the bedroom. There is a pool, a gym, and a paid wash & dry on property. Owner was quick to respond and helpful with all my questions. Here are some things that are Not deal breakers for us, but somethings to consider for yourself...Unit is underneath another unit and you can hear the Tennant above you more than we liked. The shower water pressure is a bit lower than we prefer. The unit and property are a little bit older so you will see some wear. The free wifi can be spotty at times. There is no oven in the kitchen. We have stayed on this property in three different units, and this has been the best one so far for us. ( 2 Adults ) We look forward to our next trip down here, and hope to be able to book this unit again!!!
