My partner and I are avid world travelers and users of Short Term Rentals. I am an American, and he is German. We have lived in the US and Europe and love meeting new people. We thoroughly investigated the Palm Springs area when we moved to Palm Springs during Covid. For our home, we knew two things: 1) We wanted to be able to walk to town, and 2) we wanted to be out of the windy part of PS. I applied these same desires when looking for investment properties. All of my properties are out of the wind zone and walkable to town.
