Reasonably Cute

This one-bedroom attic apartment is cute and efficient. It was sufficient for my needs. Due to the age of the original home that houses four (4) residential units, it is a little loud in its mechanics, structure, and location. The people were friendly and helpful. It is closely located to the Crown Point Square which offers multiple shopping and gastro-pub options within the Historic Downtown area. The property manager was pleasant enough and prompt in his communications.

I was impressed with the communication between myself & the host. I have never rented a VRBO before & he helped me through the process. The apartment was sufficient for our needs. We were 2 adults & a 13 year old. It was on a busy street so not super quiet, but that was okay. We were there for softball so the noise didn't matter after spending hours in the heat, we were tired. We were there what I would consider the hottest week of the year & the window AC units were sufficient enough to keep us cool. The bed was soft & it was clean. It's an old house so it had an 'antique' vibe. I would rent it again if we go back there.
