About this property

A charming 1929 home in a quiet family neighborhood near Notre Dame for football, graduation and other events that bring you to the South Bend area.
It is in the safe and well liked Sunnymede neighborhood, 2 miles from Notre Dame.
A short walk to the zoo, the East Race Riverwalk and the South Bend Farmer's Market.
We use this home as our "hide out" when needed, which means, we are local and close for anything that may arise during your stay.
