It is in the safe and well liked Sunnymede neighborhood, 2 miles from Notre Dame.
A short walk to the zoo, the East Race Riverwalk and the South Bend Farmer's Market.
We use this home as our "hide out" when needed, which means, we are local and close for anything that may arise during your stay.
