ABOUT THE CONDO

Industrial-chic, the second-floor kitchen is a cook’s dream with quartz countertops, large center island with two barstools, and stainless steel appliances. There is also a convenient powder room just off the kitchen. After dinner, pop in a movie on the 55” flat screen TV and grab a seat on the sectional couch. Sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony with bistro table and two chairs—the perfect spot for a nightcap.

Enjoy good conversation and good company hanging out on the rooftop deck with neighborhood views.

Up to six can sleep comfortably in the two bedrooms and futon in the sitting room.
