Great place!

Perfect size for one or two. Host extremely responsive. Nice neighborhood with all conveniences nearby.

Quiet, clean & quaint!

Stephen was a great host. We stay in the area annually and will definitely stay here again. We had everything we needed and the area is very close to a lot of good restaurants, and shops, not to mention a short ride to many awesome beaches. The house was very clean and Stephen answered all our questions and responded very promptly when we needed something. Great spot for a great price! Thank you!!!

Great stay, will be back if I am in town again

Stephen was a great host. The house was exactly what I needed and a good price. Perfect for a solo traveler. Has all the essentials(mini kitchen, bathroom, shower, air conditioning, tv, place to store clothes and a comfortable bed). Felt very safe there and not far from food and stores.

Great communication!

This was a super cute little place to stay for just me. Stephen was awesome - he answered all my questions quickly & professionally. Made the stay in Port Charlotte that much better!
