Pets are welcome at our pet-friendly property. The building association permits pets weighing less than 20 pounds. Pet registration, including vaccines, a signed form, a photo, and a one-time $200 fee per pet, is required. We charge $200 for the first pet and an additional $200 for the second pet. Regardless of size or breed, the total fee is $400 for one pet and $400 for two pets.
To ensure a peaceful and safe stay, we follow Rent Responsibly standards and have a smart home device to address noise nuisances while respecting your privacy.

Lastly, we prioritize your safety by following enhanced cleaning routines and CDC guidelines to reduce the spread of infection.
