The pool was amazing, hot tub at night while listening to the ocean waves was beyond describable. At night sitting on the balconies relaxing, conversations while again waves crashed against the shoreline.

Family Fun

Enjoyed views from house, the beach and the pool! Also proximity to 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach shopping areas. Plenty of dishes, silverware, and pots etc for big family dinners. Very nicely appointed house. Bunk room was a hit with the kiddos.

Great spot

Great home with beautiful beach views. Walk to beach was longer than desirable. Beach area was sparsely populated, so lots of room to spread out.

Beautiful house

We rented this house for family to get together. It was a beautiful house! The house was in great condition and very clean. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes and appliances you could possibly want. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit and the beach was super close. And Dolly and Rebecca was extremely friendly and responsive! We would definitely rent from them again!! (Thank you ladies for a perfect holiday stay with family!)

Great property, minor flaws

My wife & I rented this house for a birthday celebration. We loved that the house allowed all the couples (no kids) to have a big bed and private bath. The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions about the property & because the house wasn’t booked the night before, they allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated! The on-site contact was also very helpful, however it was strange that in order to do little things, like turn on the hot tub, we needed to text him. But he was quick to answer our texts. The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans and dishes for cooking for a large groups. Ample parking. I would say a couple negatives were they don’t provide beach towels, beach chairs, bikes or really any beach amenities. If you don’t bring them yourself, you have to rent them. The property is also smack in the center of ongoing construction, as the listing alludes to. However, it failed to mention that you may be woken up before 7am to forklifts driving by directly outside. I am not sure what is being built, but it may potentially ruin the view. As of now, the view is incredible from the property. The finishings in the house were super nice but a couple items are starting to show their wear (ie bar stools). Beach access is a short walk & the house isn’t directly in the area with all the cool shops or restaurants but that worked for us because we were looking for something quieter. The check out time was also super early -9am- so be prepared.

Excellent comfort able high end furnished and appliance home comfortable for multiple families that allows pet. Management company was very prompt and responsive. Pros- excellent location, well laid out floor plans, fresh new contemporary decor and appliance, plenty dinnerware and silver ware for group, nice pool . Linens towels are new and plush, beddings n decor nice too. Minor cons: Front door lock and elevator was not easy to use. Cleaning crew grade B plus and did came back to clean day after check in when we complained, we already wiped down food crumbs in pantry, fridge and sticky end tables, kitchen pots n pans was not in good condition and very poorly organised, some minor stains on furniture and bed covers , rust stains on patio table that is usual w rental but we still noticed. There in construction in front and many new construction around us. Beach access was a 3-5 min walk and not directly in front of house though house is beachfront. Overall our large group of 20 enjoyed the week tremendously. Definitely recommend if u want beachfront for big group in newer construction that's nicely decorated with high end appliances and allow pets!
