Reasonable rate with a nice house, the owner was very nice. The outdoor furniture was a little tired and the AC didn’t seem to work.

We met up with family in Frankfort for our annual reunion. This home was only about a mile from the beach and where most everyone else stays.
We loved that the house had everything you could possibly think of… from games to music to beach necessities. We appreciated the amenities very much.
This beautiful ranch home is situated on a good sized lot featuring many mature trees. We saw birds at the feeders, including hummingbirds, and a family of deer grazing on the front lawn.
The rear deck was well furnished and we had a nice view of the trees. This was the perfect spot for a cuppa in the morning or afternoon.
Everything we needed was provided. There were many places to sit or lounge. We enjoyed the albums/record player, books and board games.
In the kitchen, we could use either a standard drip multi-cup coffee maker or a single-cup Keurig machine, and a selection of coffees and teas was available in the adjacent cupboard and drawer. The cupboards above the fridge are devoted to gluten-free items.
We found the beds comfortable. Many pillows and blankets were available. And the linen closet was well stocked with towels. The sound machines helped us fall asleep.
The host was very responsive and helpful.
Really, all we had to do was stock the fridge and enjoy ourselves!

The setting was wooded and lovely. We saw deer everyday in the yard.Home was clean, very well supplied with useful items, from toilet paper and paper towels to shampoo, beach towels, beach chairs, first aid kit and many other items. It contains books about the local area, puzzles, toys for kids, etc. The owner was easy to work with and easy to contact. We had no issues during our stay.
