About this property

Lake Okeechobee Condo! #133

Ground floor condo on the Big Lake Okeechobee with a view of the Boat Ramp marina area. Closest unit to Roland Mary Ann martin`s marina/tiki bar restaurant (Approx 50 yards) High speed wifi, basic amenities, comfortable home like atmosphere. Keurig K Cup single cup coffee brewer.



Screened in patio with seating area, HDTV flat screen TV in the living room with cable, netflix and pandora radio. Additiional TV with cable in guest bedroom.



Parking directly in front of unit. Lower level. One designated spot labeled with unit #. Any additional parking must use `guest` parking.



I am typically available via cell phone, text and email.



Located only a few steps away from the Tiki Bar and marina. Boat ramps close by as well. Only a couple traffic lights away form the heart of Clewiston for shipping and additional restaurants and bars.



Getting around Clewiston is very easy, very little traffic, most places within walking distance and perfect area for a bike ride. Limited taxi service in town so ideally drive, walk or bike.

Great location - can see the tiki bar and tournament weigh in from front door Owner was incredible - great communication and condo was super clean. Pool was just behind the back lanai porch. Would stay again for sure.
