Come and spend time in central Modesto. Comfortable and stylish home located in a nice and established neighborhood with plenty of outdoor parking. Family Friendly!
BBQ and chill in the backyard while you sip some wine! Albany House is 1.5 hours from San Francisco (90 miles), about 2 hours from Yosemite (84 miles), 2 hours from Santa Cruz (110 miles) and 3 hours from Lake Tahoe (183 miles). Modesto itself, has lots to offer, breweries, restaurants and a theater are some of the options!
The space
Guest always compliment the beds and how comfortable Albany House is. The neighborhood is well established, and while central it is quiet and nice.
No party or events allowed.
Smoking is only permitted outside in the backyard designated area. NO smoking or vaping INSIDE the house.
Guest access
Rent the full house, including carport. All except for the back garage structure.
Only small dog allowed as pet, no cats.

Having fun is important! However, be mindful of house rules.
