Our complex is perfect for large groups of 6-12 persons. Sayulita Surf Bungalows is located on a dead end street in an residential area, 5 minutes walk to center of town, and main beaches, and 10 min walk to Playa Muertos.

This place is perfect for family and small group gatherings. Of the six bungalows we have, one has a queen bed, 2 have king beds and the 3 have the option of either King or two twin beds. All our rooms have A/C, ceiling fans, private bathrooms and fiber optic wifi. 5 of our bungalows have the view of the pool. Bungalow 4 is the only bungalow with the least pool view, but the most privacy and we call this bungalow the tree house bungalow since we decided to build the unit around a standing tree instead of taking it down. The tree trunk is now visible in the bathroom. The rooms are pretty cool due to the thatch roof.

There is a fully functioning outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, 4 burner stove and a 10 -12 person dining table that is covered, and above the kitchen is a thatch roof sitting area with views of the pool. Stairs from the kitchen area lead to a shaded thatch roof sitting area where you can also relax.


Our bungalows are unique in the style in which it is built. The outside walls are make of a traditional style called Bajarete, and the roof of all bungalows are thatch roof which helps keep the inside fresh and cool.

Also, we are a Sayulita local family- The Cadena family- a family of professional surfers, fishermen and spear fishermen. We have competed internationally and nationally in surfing and SUP and have been raised fishing and spearfishing these coastlines. We can therefore help guests plan lessons, tours and activities, and offer them an experience that is authentic, professional, and of great quality at a unique price because we offer discounts to all our guests.

Our guests can choose from a variety of activities offered only to them at a DISCOUNT at our surf and fishing store - Sayulita Surf Center. We offer 1/2 off first surf lesson for each guest. What also makes us unique is that our family owned surf / fishing store offers guests discounts for renting surf equipment, lessons, fishing trips, and whale watching. Perfect for family reunions.
