Conveniently situated near West Cape May's most popular restaurants and just a leisurely seven-minute stroll from Broadway Beach on Cape May's mesmerizing shoreline, 316 Fow Avenue is your dream destination.Purposefully designed with beach living in mind, this charming retreat boasts all the creature comforts you desire indoors, complemented by inviting outdoor porch spaces that invite you to savor the summer breeze after a day at the beach. The first level beckons with a cozy bedroom with a luxurious king bed, private ensuite with a stand-up walk-in shower, and covered wrap around porch. Head upstairs to the second level where you will find the dedicated laundry room and second bedroom at 316 Fow. The second floor bedroom offers two double beds, its own private ensuite with a stand-up walk-in shower, and private deck that faces west for taking in the sunsets in the evening.Step upstairs to the third level, where a light-filled, open-concept living space with cathedral ceilings awaits you. This heartwarming area encompasses a fully equipped kitchen, a delightful indoor dining area, and a comfortable living room. Abundant natural light accentuates the space, creating an inviting ambiance for memorable gatherings. The kitchen, well-appointed for the culinary enthusiast, boasts a large island that makes preparing morning meals a breeze. Completing the third level is an inviting outside deck where you can bask in the fresh sea air or grill up the night's meal on the gas grill.Ascend to the top floor for the main living space's half bathroom and third and final bedroom, a true sanctuary with a king bed and a private ensuite featuring a relaxing tub/shower combination. Returning to the first level, you'll find a convenient one-car garage for storage and an entryway leading to the spacious private driveway, accommodating at least three vehicles. There is an outdoor shower area located off the side entrance on the ground level near the garage.Each bedroom and the living room is equipped with smart streaming enabled Roku televisions. Provided is Youtube TV that has popular cable networks for guests to use, or log into your own streaming apps(Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, etc.) using your own account. Rest assured, the property provides light blankets and pillows to ensure your comfort during your stay. Simply remember to bring your own sheets and linens for each bed, along with bath towels, beach towels, and any additional linens you may need. For your convenience, provided are beach chairs and a beach umbrella, making your beach days even more enjoyable.Bookings for this idyllic retreat are exclusively handled by Coastline Realty LLC. Each reservation includes a $65 processing fee, a refundable security deposit of $450, and a $200 cleaning fee as part of the lease agreement. Kindly note that security deposits cannot be paid with credit cards, and a tenant cancellation policy applies to every lease. After placing a reservation you will be contacted with the lease and booking information within 24 hours by Coastline Realty, lease payments are handled by Coastline Realty. 316 Fow Avenue has a dedicated EV charging port located within the garage, please inquire at the time of booking regarding its use as a $25 fee applies for access to its use. Spacious Bedrooms, Small Common Area
This house was new, clean, GORGEOUS and convenient. The bedrooms were all very large, each with their own bathroom directly in the rooms, but this left little room for the common area (which there was only 1 of). Although it was a nice, open kitchen/dining/living space, it didn't let us really be able to spread out. There were a LOT of stairs and the bedrooms were all on different floors so it separated us a lot which wasn't ideal for this type of group (friends celebrating a birthday). It WAS in walking distance to a lot of great places so that was a plus. The check in process was pretty annoying, having to wire a security deposit separate from the house payment, and having to go to another location to pick up the keys. Overall, we had a great time and are grateful to our hosts!
