2.) Hidden Cove Park & Marina: Situated on the eastern shores of Lake Lewisville, this park features camping facilities, boat rentals, fishing, and hiking trails.
3.) The Colony: Just a short drive from Little Elm, you'll find The Colony, which offers attractions like Hawaiian Falls Waterpark, The Tribute Golf Club, and various shopping and dining options.
4.) Frisco: A neighboring city with numerous attractions, including the National Videogame Museum, Toyota Stadium (home to FC Dallas), and the Frisco Heritage Museum.

1.) Personal Vehicle: Having a car or rental vehicle is one of the most convenient ways to get around in Little Elm and the surrounding areas. Most destinations, including popular tourist spots, can easily be reached by car.
2.) Ride-Sharing Services: Companies like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient option for getting around if you don't have access to your vehicle.
3.) Public Transportation: Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) provides limited bus services in Little Elm and neighboring communities. However, public transportation options might be more limited compared to larger cities.
4.) Taxis: Taxis might be available in the area, but they are less common than ride-sharing services.
5.) Biking: Little Elm has been expanding its bike lanes and trails, making it increasingly bike-friendly for short distances.
6.) Walking: Depending on your destination and the distance from 1105 Lone Pine Dr, walking might be a viable option, especially for nearby attractions and local amenities.
Other Things to Note:
This home is not pet friendly due to severe allergies. For guests with service dogs who cannot find other accommodations, please let us know ahead of time so that we can mark it on your booking. We may ask: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Please also be aware that while we do not require a pet fee for service dogs upfront, if the service dog in question is not properly potty trained we may require a fee to be paid for carpet or furniture cleaning afterwards.
No Smoking Inside
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees of $500.
No Parties
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

This home does have a doorbell camera for security reasons. There are no cameras inside of the home.
Late Checkout
Checking out late without approval may result in an additional charge.
