We loved this beautiful log cabin in Beaver Bay! We are big cooks so it was great to have a large kitchen for cooking meals. It was very spacious and had nice charm. We will come again!

A fantastic house for your North Shore trip! This is the perfect “home base” for your visit! An hour from Grand Marais or Duluth and minutes away from some of the (in my opinion) best views of Lake Superior makes this an ideal location. The host was very timely in communication and has a plethora of recommendations for things to do nearby if you do not already have a solid plan for your stay. We will definitely be booking for our next trip to the North Shore.

Everything was as advertised and it was a fantastic space for our group of 4. Lot's of small details and amenities were included which made our stay even better. The host was very responsive when we messaged with questions a few times. We do have pet allergies in our family and I was concerned that because the home is pet friendly, we might have to clean more or deal with allergy symptoms. But we found it to be very clean and had no issues with allergies. Would definitely stay again! Walking distance to walking/biking/hiking trails and shops in town.

We loved our brief stay here. After a few days in the BWCA this was a welcome spot to relax and enjoy the wonderful area. The house was clean, cozy, easy to find, and has everything you need.

This house was clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped, and extremely cozy. The sauna (which was very easy to use) is a nice touch felt amazing after a days hike or a morning coffee. The location was perfect for hiking Gooseberry and Tettegouche. It was quite, calm and peaceful here. Our trip went off without a hitch. i would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for having us!

What a great little property! Close to everything you want to do and see along the North Shore! Clean and cozy! Although we were right off the busy highway there was very little traffic noise. Great location!

North Shore Getaway

This well located North Shore Getaway was well placed for all of our favorite hiking spots--Tettegouche and Split Rock and Gooseberry! There was quite a bit of highway noise as the home was right off the highway, but the location couldn't be beat.
