Outside there is: 1 old cottage made entirely of wood and stone: living room with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed in each, and 1 bathroom in between. Includes bed linens and bath towels.
Caretaker’s house attached to the main house. Outside there is a dog kennel, a chicken coop, a wood shed, and a chapel. Fully equipped laundry room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.
The house includes housekeeping services and the services of 1 caretaker. A cook is not included, but you can hire their services separately. It is mandatory to hire an additional staff member to assist my housekeeper if there are more than 8 people, and the cost is 100 reais per day.
Transport is easy, with a bus stop right at the door.
There is also a tram stop across the street that runs through the city to Capivari. The property is next to Tarundu, a recreation centre for adults and children. It’s very close to the Toriba Hotel, famous for its desserts and fondues.
