Needs updating

The carpet is in desperate need of replacement or better yet update to a hard surface. The thorns from the grass area outside have been brought in over time & hurt your feet if you go barefoot. Vacuuming will not pull the thorns out of carpet. Most of the house is carpet. Mouse droppings were in the kitchen. The skillets they supplied are scratched & everything stuck to them. Only 3 out door plastic chairs ( not enough seating) The dining table is a DIY project with a 1996 autograph. The table tiles are peeling & catches dirt, one chair back was broken. Not enough seats inside. Mold on vents. I would not recommend this property until some updates & major cleaning is completed. The management company was responsive to text. I provided photos of the dirt & mouse droppings to the property manager.. The location is great, but sad that the property owner has not maintained the house to a more reasonable standard.
