Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly located home. Big enough for two families and we enjoyed walking to town and spending time on the beach.

It has several different spaces allowing our four couple party to both gather and have private areas. Although the pictures are great, it’s even better in person! Excellent location, amazing views, well-decorated and stocked throughout...we will certainly be back! So many sweet touches throughout.Our only wish is that it had a fenced in yard for the dogs, but we were thrilled to be able to bring them along.

It was perfect, the house had plenty of room for us all, the kitchen well equipped so we could cook in and the beach was stormy...perfect for bundling up and taking long walks with the dogs. And the ping pong table was a hit for post dinner family tournaments! Hope to be back~

A beautiful house in a perfect location!

This is an extremely nice rental house, in an absolutely perfect location. The house was exceptionally clean, and everything in it, from the furniture and linens to the kitchen tools and beach supplies were far nicer than in a typical rental house. We had a group of 10 (2 families with 4 adults and 6 kids), and we had plenty of space for everyone. I was a little worried that 2 bathrooms wouldn't be enough for everyone (though technically there is a 3rd bathroom in the garage), but both bathrooms were large with enough room for multiple people to brush their teeth at the same time, and were very well-stocked with plenty of big soft bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, etc. Each bathroom had nice hand soap, body soap, shampoo/conditioner, and hair dryers. The kitchen was also well-stocked, including plenty of high quality pans, dishes, silverware, cups, and cutlery. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of soft warm linens, blankets, and pillows. Beach toys, high quality beach chairs (not your typical rusty and half-busted rental beach chairs), and lots of nice beach towels were all waiting for us. It was an easy and quiet walk into town for ice cream, pizza, breakfast, etc. And best of all, the house was RIGHT across from the beach! Falling asleep and waking up to the cool breeze and sounds of the ocean was magical- we all agreed we wished we could move into this house and never leave! We had a great week here and would return in a heartbeat.

(6 adults and 4 kids) it was well stocked with everything from beach toys, blankets, and towels and had a full kitchen with quality cookware and every appliance and gadget that we needed. Beds very comfortable, and plenty of space for the 10 to enjoy different activities -did I mention the ping pong table in the garage? And xtra bathroom that came in handy at times.Location was great-across the street from sunset beach and 2 blocks to town. We look forward to another stay!

All the kids loved sleeping, watching TV, playing games, and just hanging out on the top floor all to themselves. They also had a fantastic view from up there. The parents enjoyed their private accommodations on the second floor - more great views of the beach and ocean. Grandparents appreciated the main floor with beautiful views from all rooms. Lots of large windows all around not only giving wonderful views but lots of light inside that opened easily so you could hear the ocean. The house was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. We were very excited to find the house close to the beach with easy access to walk there with all our chairs and toys. Another plus was the location to town where we could walk through a beautiful neighborhood and arrive 10-15 minutes for coffee, shops, groceries, restaurants, and the Sunset to Sunset Rental office. We really appreciated being able to visit in person and receive friendly, excellent customer service. Highly recommend this amazing beach house in Manzanita.

Wonderful and very short walk to the beautiful beach - very walkable, even with winter weather. We would have appreciated a few moveable chairs. Some chairs for the ends of the picnic type table with non moveable bench seats would have made seating easier for the older folks in our family. Manzanita was a sweet village with a variety of shops and eating options...will explore more next time. This time we were satisfied in the cozy house and at the beach.
