Great property

The host was great with communication. Spacious and clean home. We were a little worried as the first two reviews were terrible, yes it needs a few more finishing touches and the bathrooms need a bit of updating - in progress. But overall great location easy drive to campus. For the crazy game weekend pricing it needs those few things fixed but overall clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. And for the record there was no smell.

Needs more work.

I stay in many VRBOs and I never write bad reviews. This was by far the worst one I have ever even attempted to stay in. I say that because we only stayed long enough to walk around once and then left to get a hotel. The owner did not acknowledge my text to him once I said we were not going to stay. This one needs more work. We walked in and were greeted by a smell that was clearly trying to cover up some other smell. It was so bad that everyone in the family got a headache within minutes. On the back patio, there were so many wasps that I had to get the spray (which was sitting on the patio) to kill them. There is a reason none of the bathrooms are in the pictures, as they have yet to be redone. The areas that had been redone looked nice but we’re missing baseboards and had wires hanging down, but the rest still needed work. Check the address, because if you just click on the map it takes you to a house nearby with a pool. This is not the same house. Keep moving on to another house.

Didn't stay at the property

I had personal issue come up and wasn't able to stay at the property. I contacted the owner and asked that the cleaning fee be refunded who indicated that they would do that. Subsequent request has not been responded to.
