This charming Thai Style Villa is now available for rent and is located in a quiet Soi (road) only 5 minutes away from one of Phuket Island's most beautiful beaches, Naiharn. It is also only 5 minutes away from Rawai beach, which is on the south east corner of the island.

The property is set on half a Rai of land (approx 800 square metres), which is walled and gated, it offers plenty of space and tropical gardens providing you with the utmost privacy and tranquillity. There is a large parking area and the property comes complete with its very own pool, outside shower and Sala. This house can offer you the escape you have been looking for!

The house itself is approximately 200 square metres and has three en-suite bedrooms, kitchen, utility room, dining room and lounge area which are all predominantly furnished in teakwood.

The open plan kitchen is both modern and airy and is of course fully equipped with updated appliances including a dish washer, oven, microwave and all the necessary crockery and cutlery.

Upstairs the house has its very own open gallery that may be used for a number of purposes. The wiring for the surround sound system (7 speakers) has been built into the walls and there are also speakers outside in the Sala, ideal for parties and BBQ's.

Die Villa ist gut für 4 Personen geeignet, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist

Die Villa ist gut für 4 Personen geeignet, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist super und hat die richtige Grösse. Der Garten könnte besser gepflegt werden... Man braucht vor Ort ein Fortbewegungsmittel (Roller oder Auto). Der Transfer wurde von Debbie organisiert. Sie ist zwar nicht vor Ort ( gut per email zu erreichen), aber kümmert sich um Alles.
