Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Perfect condo for two

My wife and I enjoyed the condo very much. It’s a perfect size for the two of us and being right on the beach is great! Plenty of restaurants and stores around too.

Great condo and location!

We came here for a girls’ weekend. It was perfect for the four of us. It had all necessary amenities and super convenient to the beach! We’ll be back next year!

Weekend Lacrosse Tournament

We spent the weekend (Friday through Sunday) for a lacrosse tournament at OC. It was me with my 13 year old son. It was very convenient and had a great ocean view. We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable. The only small nitpick was that the kitchen trash can (with food waste) was not emptied from the previous tenant. Nevertheless I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

Nice view from balcony. When you first walk in you are greeted with the smell of mold. Carpet is disgusting...stained and noticeably dirty. Not given the correct amount of towels/washcloths. Broken items throughout- shelf and tp holder in bathroom, microwave sounds like it might blow up. Would not stay here again in the current condition. Very disappointed.

Multiple items needed repair

In the master bathroom, the toilet paper holder was completely broken. And the glass shelf above the sink was falling off the wall. In the living room, the couch had an exposed piece of metal protruding from the upper part of the left arm. Our daughter slightly injured herself, it could have been much worse. All of these important repairs were reported to the property manager and a representative was shown the issues when she visited the property.
