All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Only 2 registered autos may be parked at the home (There is an overflow lot for additional all must be registered)
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This property is managed by Vacasa Pennsylvania LLC.
Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, and Disney streaming services are available for guest use.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
