Spectacular La Jolla Shores Location!!! Located in a private gated complex of only 3 units. This stunning, single level, fully furnished penthouse unit is just steps from fabulous restaurants, shops, the world famous La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, Blacks Beach and La Jolla Cove. Just a short drive to Torrey Pines Golf Course, Downtown San Diego, PetCo Park, San Diego Bay, Mission Bay, and SeaWorld. The immaculate interior offers 4 bedrooms, 2 baths both with granite counter tops, open and light filled living areas, newer carpet and natural stone flooring, fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a gourmet kitchen. Elevator and two secured parking spaces.

La Jolla Shores is a beach and popular vacation/residential community of the same name in La Jolla, San Diego, California. The quaint La Jolla Shores business district is a relaxed, mixed-use village encircling Laureate Park, on Avenida de la Playa in the village of La Jolla Shores. The village has several fine dining restaurants as well as plenty of casual dining places, shops, and a few galleries. You can take surf lessons and rent surfboards, boogie boards, paddle boards, and wetsuits from Surf Diva. Kayak, snorkel, and bike tours and rentals are available at San Diego Bike and Kayak.
The beach is approximately one mile long and stretches from the sea cliffs just north of La Jolla Cove to Black’s Beach south of Torrey Pines State Park. The Shores meets the Scripps Institution of Oceanography campus and Kellogg Park (with a playground right next to the beach), encompasses the Scripps Pier and borders the San Diego-La Jolla Underwater Park Ecological Reserve to the south. The beach is a popular launch point for kayakers and has a swimming area only and a surfing only area.

Everything was great. We've stayed here before. The condo needs some updating. The hot water takes a while to get to the master bedroom. You have to let it run for a bit which is a waste of the water. But not a big deal- we always enjoy our stay.

Best LaJolla Sam Diego penthouse and location!

We loved this property. It was absolutely amazing. The location was spectacular just right down the block from the beach and all the things you need food shops everything everything was available to us that was needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and dishes. The view was amazing. The beds were fantastic. Everybody had a fantastic time. Thank you so much.

GREAT LOATION AND AMENITIES

All 4 bedrooms were of good size, very clean apt, extremely well stocked kitchen appliances and pots and pans. One half block from very good restaurants on street blocked off from cars. One and a half short blocks from beach with long boardwalk. Easy access to highway to San Diego and North.

Great location and overall nice property

Pros: -We loved the location close to the beach and La Jolla - it had everything we needed in terms of linens, kitchen supplies, kitchen basics. - it was clean Cons: - definitely felt like a rental property in terms of wear and tear on cabinets, windows, carpeting etc. and also is starting to feel dated in terms of decor.

La Jolla Shores penthouse

This was a perfect size place for our group of 8 and just what we were looking for to enjoy our spring break in La Jolla Shores. Plenty of space, plenty of dishes and plenty of towels. We also appreciated the washer and dryer as well as the common area/living room and of course the outdoor space. Best of all was the close proximity to the beach and lots of good casual dining.

Wonderful condo in an ideal location

We loved our stay at the property. Brant and Chris were prompt in responding to our questions. The condo was spacious, clean, and quiet. The on site parking is a bonus since street parking is challenging in La Jolla Shores. The location is ideal for exploring the beach. There are plenty of delicious eating establishments within walking distance . We can’t wait to go back!

The location is great! Lots to do around there. The description and pictures are greatly exaggerated! The house is worn and in need of repaint. It is far from immaculate as described in the listing. Don’t believe the pictures…

Great property with convenient location

This is our third staying at the property. It never disappoints. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and the everything was clean/well taken care of. The location is fantastic. Within walking distance from the beach and lots of great restaurants. Just a short drive to San Diego or Torrey Pines. The parking is convenient, as street parking fills quickly. Already thinking about our next trip back!

Wonderful space for a small family reunion

The best illustration of my recommendation: this is our second year in this beautiful apartment, and I fully anticipate going back year after year. The large living/dining room is ideal for family gatherings, and the master bedroom is large enough to be perfect for our family member with three younger children. Property management is extremely responsive. Five stars, for sure!
