Remodeled condo in the heart of Fraser, Colorado and minutes from downtown Winter Park. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and easy mountain getaway. Walking distance to stores, breweries, and restaurants, you have everything you need close by. You’ll love having the option to stay close to home or venture out with more to explore nearby. With a very short walk to the bus stop, you can be at the mountain base quickly and avoid parking. Catch the bike path just a few minutes from the door and cruise into town or go mountain biking. Newly remodeled and furnished with a cozy feel. Vaulted and open-concept living area. Covered deck with great views and wonderful sunlight throughout (the bedrooms have blackout shades.) One room has a King bed, the other room has a bunk and trundle bed with two Twin XL beds and one Queen.

Great stay

This property was great for our family of 4. Clean, had everything we needed. Bunk beds were great for siblings, and two bathrooms is a must. Laundry in unit, and kitchen was very well stocked.

Great condo!!

We had a great stay at this tastefully decorated/updated condo and we would stay here again!! The owner was so helpful if we had any questions! If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, this is a great ski town near winter park and this condo is in a great area!

A Fraser Gem

Classy, comfortable and convenient! This well appointed recently renovated condo was a super find. Quiet, established neighborhood, walking distance to several hot spot restaurants, Starbucks and Safeway. Two minutes from Winter Park, we were off the beaten path yet right in the middle of the action. We will definitely book this property again.
