Kayaking and Fishing paradise by the beach

Make some memories at this unique, family-friendly place on the Matanzas River canal. This is a 2nd floor home that occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors. It is An 8 min. walk to the white sands of Treasure Beach. This home features 3 bedrooms. Two have queen beds with a twin trundle pullout. Game room features a futon and privacy which can make a great 4th bedroom if needed. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry on the 3rd floor make your stay comfortable. There is an outdoor charcoal grill, gas grill, Blackstone, fire pit and outdoor shower shared with bottom unit. Enjoy the canal views. Beach has drive access.
The space
This home is also our family home. It’s set up for large families with lots of towels, charging stations, comfy beds, spacious bathrooms. We have created a comfortable space that we think any group would enjoy.
Guest access
The upstairs unit has access to the 2nd and 3rd floors which are private. This unit also has shared access to the outside firepit, backyard, charcoal grill and the garage by using the garage door opener. Please do not disturb the downstairs guests.
Other things to note
Treasure Beach has a private walkway just an 8 minute walk away. It’s also got a drive access just down the street. You have to have a 4x4 and $10 but you can drive on the sand and park. We have beach towels, chairs, tents, toys available. We can accommodate boat and RV parking, depending on the date. Just reach out and I can check if available.
