Enjoy this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome located in Quail Hollow, a gated community - this unit is nestled in the courtyard with a nice, serene view. Just a short walk to the pool and beach. The comfortable Living Room offers a Flat Screen TV with an open concept dining room with a large table and chairs. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed w/TV, the guest bedrooms offer a full trundle with twin bed. A fully equipped remodeled kitchen. Private outdoor patio!

Beautiful and uncrowded white sand beach, lots of local area attractions, restaurants, and shops to visit. Great local entertainment with music, theaters, and dance. Plenty to do for all ages to make your stay one that is memorable and enjoyable. Water sports, boat rentals, fishing trips, scenic drives, lots to do outdoors for those who like to hunt, fish, or enjoy the local scenery.

Located in quiet Crescent Beach, Quail Hollow is just minutes away from the historic district of Saint Augustine, Florida. Spend your days exploring history, and your nights strolling along the quiet Atlantic Ocean beach. While the historic district of Saint Augustine is just a few miles to the north, Crescent Beach has its own history. Great beach for families

We enjoyed the condo and the location. Although it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked and the upstairs was warm, we had a great time. The condo location is excellent. It has a pool which the kids loved and the easy access to the beach was amazing. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.

nice location for an older condo

Nice, small setup, a little musty on arrival---patio door did not open, they fixed it quickly. The walk to the beach uses stairs, so pretty much have to carry stuff out, no wheels. Great location in Crescent Beach, Elkhouse Restaurant just across the street.

Great Place, Great Time

Really loved this property! Everything was just as advertised, the people in the condo community were all very friendly, the condo was clean and decorated nicely. The beach is awesome! I will definitely be back!

The location and beach area were wonderful! The kitchen was updated and rooms were large; however, the home had a musky smell and wasn’t few clean.
