great view and safe neighborhood

This is the safest neighborhood I've ever seen in Austin. Everyone waves at you as you drive to the property. There is a great view to wake up to, with the sunrise reflecting off the river and squirrels running through the trees.

Family lakeside weekend

Spent a long weekend visiting our daughter and son who study at UT. This property perfectly met our needs, allowing us to relax by the lake, and is located conveniently close to downtown. The host was accommodating and quick to respond. Would love to return!

Beautiful house, Beautiful view

This was the perfect place for weekend fun time with family and friends as well as just 20 minutes away from my son attending UT. The house was extremely clean, modern and exactly what we were looking for.
