The ABOVE Anthem Estate is a premier lakefront property on the shores of Lake Austin, a constant-level lake. Enjoy the negative edge pool and hot tub, both of which overlook the expansive lawn and the waterfront. Enjoy the lake toys on property, play ping pong on the screened in porch or lounge and dine on the uppler level of the dock for the ultimate lake experience. The glass doors open completely to unify the expansive patio and the luxury living and dining spaces inside. The chef's kitchen is stocked with top of the line appliances. The home gym is fully stocked with any equipment you should need to stick with your exercise plan. You can also take advantage of the running path that encircles the property for those HITT workouts. This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 12 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
