Hi, my wife and I have been hosting here for about 5 years now. We love helping people discover this beautiful area of coast.

Stillwater is secluded and that is why we love living here! The Lang Bay store has the basics (including alcohol) and is about a five minute drive north on Highway 101. A little further north is Old Man Pho, a great Vietnamese spot. Check the guest book for our restaurant recommendations!

This house is part of our private 5 acre estate, with our house set back in the forest at the opposite end. You won't see us unless you need to, although we usually like to say hello once people check in. The house is much larger than pretty much any you will find around here and also has about 400 feet of private beach, so it is truly special. It is so close to the water it almost feels like you are floating when the high tide is in! You will see bald eagles flying (we have a nest on site), seals feeding every dusk, and the occasional Humpback or Orca if you are lucky. You will also see (and hear!) the sea lion colony when you go outside, there are about 100 Stellar Sea Lions living on the McRae Islets that you can see from the deck.
